Rubber slice cutting machine is

Rubber slice cutting machine is used to cut rubber sheet(thick type)
into slices so as to avoid colour difference. When your hydraulic press
machine is increasing and the open mixing machine is working and
supplying a lot of rubber sheet and can not be dealed with in time.
You can set a group of rubber cooling machine  and rubber slice cutting
too fast cool the thick rubber sheets and cuting them into the same length
so as to fold them in a clean place.  But don't put chemicals to the open
mixing mill this time.

Maintenance

1. when operating, do not cut the materials in double-deck at the same time
 so as not to make the MOTOR too hot and broken.
If the Material-sending Roller can not run smoothly, please close it at once;
and meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at the knife edge, please claen up

on time. Do stop the power when cleaning.

2. There should not be iron and stone inthe materials; if there are, put them
out at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.

3. If  there is unusual voice, stop at once and check. Adjust the chain and screw if they are loos.

4. Do stop themachine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.

5. Add oil to the wagging-needle head and the wheel on time(usually once per three months) .

6. After working a long time and the machine can not cut materials, you should adjust the knife and
check whether trhe knife blade is damaged, if so, repair it in time.

7. In case the material-sending machine can not send the materials smoothly, you should:firstly,
check the Adjusting-and turing key; if it can not work effectively, place a new one in time.

8. Do not press the springs at each side to heavily to avoid the material-sending machine can not
send material smoothly, which can also be avoided if proper amount of powder are added to the Roller of a new machine.
